Michael Claxton has recently been promoted to head coach of PGE Turow Zgorzelec (Poland-PLK). The 41-year-old Claxton has been a coaching assistant for the team since 2016-17. The organization decided it was time for Claxton to take the helm after the departure of Matthias Fischer. PGE Turow is currently in the middle-pack of the Polish League standings with a 5-5 and record. A fresh mind leading the team will hopefully improve their run this season.
