Melvin Sanders (196 cm, Oklahoma State’03) is parting ways with Spanish Liga Endesa team Blancos de Rueda Valladolid. Sanders is an American player who also holds a passport from Georgia.

Melvin has played a total of four games for BdR Valladolid and averaged just 5.0 ppg and 3.8 rpg in 21.3 minutes per game.

In 2012-13 he played for Sigma Barcellona from Italy’s Lega Due. He appeared in 16 games for them and posted averages of 8.4 ppg and 5.7 rpg. Later in the season he moved to Pinar Karsiyaka SK Izmir from Turkey’s TBL and there he averaged 1.2 ppg and 4.6 rpg in five games. He also played five games for them in the EuroChallenge and logged averages of 3.8 ppg and 5.9 rpg.
