McKenzie resigns with Riva Basket

Riva Basket announced recently that the team managed to keep the ‘LNA Forward of the Year’, Rhona McKenzie, for 2012/13 season. The Jamaican National Team member had 10.7 ppg, 10.7 rpg and 3.8 spg for 26 games with Riva. She joined them a year ago and helped to reach LNA and Swiss Cup Finals. McKenzie played for Belgian DBC Houthalen in 2010/11 and before that she spent three years with Sdent Sierre Basket. They were LNA champions together in 2009 and 2010. McKenzie also led the club to Swiss Cup trophy in their last season together. At that time she had 11.7 ppg and 8.2 rpg for 9 games in the league. In the past, McKenzie played in Holland and Luxembourg. She played for Jamaica at 2011 FIBA Americas in Neiva Huila and Centrobasket in Morovis this year.
