Marshon Brooks pens with EA7 Armani

Marshon Brooks (196 cm, Providence’11) will kick off his international basketball career by playing for EA7 Emporio Armani Milano (Italy-SerieA) this 2014-15. The swingman played for three NBA teams and two D-League teams in the 2013-14 season.

Brooks began the season with the Boston Celtics where he was able to log 10 games and averaged 3.1 ppg and 1.9 rpg. He was later sent to their D-League affiliate the Main Red Claws, there Marshon did quite well in a five-game stint and was able to average 27.4 ppg and 6.0 rpg. He was then traded to the Golden State Warriors. In five games he averaged 2.6 ppg and 1.0 rpg. GSW was loaded on the wings and sent Brooks to their D-League sister club, the Santa Cruz Warriors. He played a couple of games for Santa Cruz and averaged 12.0 ppg and 2.0 rpg. He then finally signed with the injury plagued Los Angeles Lakers where he averaged 12.8 ppg and 1.7 rpg in 18 games.
