Mariusz Karol fired as coach of Radom

Mariusz Karol

Mariusz Karol has had his contract with KS Rosasport Radom (Poland-TBL) terminated due to the team’s poor start to the 2012-13 season. According to the club’s website the reason for his release was a disappointing start to the season and failing to win a minimum of games by this point in the season. The release went as far as to say that the board saw a major problem in how the team was functioning and decided that it was time to make a change. Karol was brought on to Radom in November 2011 and helped guide the club to a promotion from the Polish 1 Liga to the TBL in 2012. He’s been a head coach of various teams in Poland since 2002.
