Mario Hezonja to UNICS Kazan, switches EuroLeague teams

Mario Hezonja (202 cm, G/F) has left Panathinaikos. He has signed with Unics Kazan with which he makes a lateral move to a EuroLeague competitor.

He averaged 14.4 ppg in eight EuroLeague contests for ‘the Greens’ last season.

Mario Hezonja also played five seasons in the NBA. He suited up for Orlando, Portland, and New York. Before his NBA adventure, Herzonja played three EuroLeague seasons with Barcelona.
