Mario Delas (207 cm) has agreed to terms on a deal to suit up for Betaland Capo d’Orlando (Italy-Serie A) this coming 2016-17 season. Mario is a 26-year-old Croatian player who was a former member of the Croatian national team from 2009 to 2014. He was originally set to play for Laboral Kutxa Vitoria (Spain-Liga Endesa) this season, but has instead signed with the Italian club. Delas spent the last two seasons on the roster of KK Cedevita Zagreb (Croatia-A1). He started 2015-16 with them, but in January 2016 headed to BC Kalev/Cramo Tallinn (Estonia-Alexela KML). Mario played 17 games for Kalev/Cramo in the VTB United league and averaged 6.9 ppg and 3.2 rpg. In 16 games in the Estonian league Delas produced averages of 8.0 ppg and 5.8 rpg.
