Marcus Williams re-signs with Red Star

Crvena Zvezda “Red Star” Telekom Beograd (Serbia-KLS) has officially announced that it will be re-signing Marcus Williams (191 cm, Connecticut’06) to a new deal on December 1st. Williams is currently serving out a suspension and will be reinstated on that date. He has been a member of Red Star for the past two seasons. In 2014-15 he played 30 games for them during their amazing run in the Adriatic League. He averaged 8.8 ppg and 4.7 apg. Marcus also appeared in 24 games in Euroleague competition and there he notched averages of 9.7 ppg and 6.1 apg. Lastly he played 15 games in the Serbian league and there he averaged 7.4 ppg and 3.8 apg.
