Mangisto Arop goes pro with Norrkoping

The Norrkoping Dolphins from Sweden’s Basketligan are adding a new face to their roster this 2014-15 in Mangisto Arop (198 cm, Indiana State’14). He is listed as one of the team’s starting forwards for the upcoming season. Arop is a Sudanese player who also has Canadian citizenship and is a former member of the Canadian National Team in 2011.

In his senior year at Indiana State Arop averaged 10.5 ppg and 4.6 rpg. He helped his team reach the MVC tournament finals, was named to the MVC All-Tournament Team and an All-MVC Honorable Mention in 2014.
