Luka Petkovic heads to Afra Fars

Afra Khalij Fars from Iran’s Superleague has recently added Croatian guard Luka Petkovic (190 cm) to reinforce their backcourt. The 25-year-old Petkovic is making the move from GKK Sibenik from Croatia’s A1 league, where he was able to log just one game before heading off to Asia. In that lone game Luka managed to tally 13 points and handed out four assists in just 25 minutes on the floor.

In the 2012-13 season Petkovic was a member of Jolly Jadranska Banka Sibenik (Croatia-A1). He played 31 games in the Croatian league and put up averages of 6.4 ppg and 2.3 apg.
