Lorenzo Gordon (201 cm, Oklahoma City’06) is headed to Argentina’s LigaA after being picked up by Obras Sanitarias Buenos Aires for the 2013-14 season. The 30-year-old initially tried out with the Fraport Skyliners Frankfurt from Germany’s Bundesliga. He did not make the cut and is now taking his talents to South America. Obras currently has a record of 8-5 in the South Division of the Argentinian LigaA. It will be interesting to see how they integrate him into the rotation.
In 2012-13 Lorenzo Gordon signed with Royal Hali Gaziantep Buyuksehir Belediye from Turkey’s TBL. He left just after one game where he managed to put up an eight-point effort.
