Kyle Weaver signs with Bnei Hertzeliyya

Kyle Weaver (198 cm, Washington State’08) is joining Bnei Hertzeliyya (Israel-Winner League) this 2014/15 season. Weaver is the likely replacement for Devin Ebanks, who recently departed the team. Kyle spent his 2013/14 season playing in Italy’s DNA Gold league for Azzurro Napoli Basket. He logged a total of 30 games for the Italian club and was able to post averages of 17.2 ppg and 7.8 rpg. On the defensive end, he contributed averages of 1.6 spg and 1.5 bpg.

In 2012/13 he saw his last action in the NBA, via a preseason stint with the Memphis Grizzlies. Kyle then moved to the Austin Toros from the NBA D-League where he averaged 9.2 ppg and 3.5 rpg in 21 games. In February 2013 he moved to the Canton Charge (USA-D-League) and there he averaged 13.5 ppg and 5.5 rpg in 19 games.
