Kyle Gibson (196 cm, Louisiana Tech’11) will be getting his first taste of international basketball as he signs with Italian SerieA newcomer Giorgio Tesi Group Pistoia for the 2013-14 season. The 26-year-old Gibson played the first couple of years of his pro career in the NBA D-League for the Canton Charge.

In 2012-13 Gibson played 44 games for the Canton Charge and averaged 16.6 ppg and 3.6 apg. That was an improvement compared his rookie season in 2011-12 where he averaged 11.0 ppg and 3.7 apg in 50 games.
