Krunoslav Simon drops 42 on Fethiye

Krunoslav Simon was a powerful offensive force on Sunday in Andalou Efes Istanbul’s 90-84 victory.

The Croatian standout dropped 42 points on Fethiye, producing a Turkish Basketball Super League master class in shooting. Simon made 11 of 12 shots from 2-point range and knocked down 4 of 7 3-pointers. He also went 8-for-8 at the foul line.

What’s more, Simon contributed six rebounds, five assists and zero turnovers in 32 minutes. He finished with a jaw-dropping 48 PIR.

The 35-year-old Simon, who joined Andalou Efes in 2017, is averaging 14.3 points per game.

In defeat, Fethiye’s Elgin Cook scored 25 points.
