Kieron Achara (208 cm, Duquesne´08) will add Bulgaria to his long CV after signing a deal to play for Lukoil Academic Sofia (NBL) during this season. The Scottish/Nigerian player has plenty of experience in European Basketball and has played top flight Basketball in the United Kingdom, Italy, Greece, and Spain. Last season the power forward was in the Greek A1 playing for Kavala where he played fourteen games and averaged 9.5 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and 1.1 blocks (5th in league) per game.

Kieron Achara also played in the United Kingdom last season. He played for Scottish franchise the Glasgow Rocks in the BBL over six games and averaged 17.0 points per game.
