Kevinn Pinkney to join Trabzonspor

American forward Kevinn Pinkney (207 cm, Nevada-Reno’05) has opted to join Trabzonspor (Turkey, TBL2) from Angelico Biella in Italy’s Serie A. The big man joined with Biella in January and over his 11 games with the club he has recorded impressive averages of 20.0ppg and 8rpg. The 29-year old will be returning to Turkey after he spent part of the 2011-2012 season with Aliaga Petkim in the TBL.

Kevinn Pinkney has also played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) in his native USA. The forward signed a 10-day contract with the Boston Celtics and averaged 5.2ppg and 2.5rpg over 6 games with the franchise.
