American rookie Kevin Foster (188 cm, Santa Clara’13) has left college and agreed terms with Besiktas Istanbul (Turkey, TBL) to play for the club during the 2013/2014 season. Besiktas has been busy acquiring American rookies and yesterday announced the arrival of Colton Iverson and has now added Foster. The point guard played last season for Santa Clara in the NCAA and over 36 games he averaged impressively with 19.3 points, 2.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.4 steals per game. During the 2012/2013 season Kevin Foster (left) featured in 17 games but managed averages of 17.8 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.4 steals per game throughout the season.
