Kerem Kanter from Greece to Poland

Kerem Kanter (204 cm, F) has signed with WKS Slask Wroclaw in the Polish EBL. Head coach Petar Mijovic recruited the 26-year-old Turkish big man away from Greece.

Kanter played last season for Kolossos in the Greek A1. He put up great numbers as he averaged 17.2 ppg and 7.5 rebounds in 24 games.

Before heading to Greece, Kerem Kanter played in the Spanish ACB, the Lithuanian LKL, and the French ProA.

He also played college basketball at UW Green Bay and Xavier. His senior year at Xavier, he averaged 10.9 ppg and 4.6 rebounds.
