Kennedy Winston now with Amchit

Kennedy Winston (201 cm, Alabama’05) has signed a deal to play for Amchit Club (Lebanon, Division A) this season. The forward had agreed terms with Italian Serie A team Gazzetta di Reggio Emila and had begun pre-season with the team, however he was released from Emila due to physical problems. The American said that the club medics had made a mistake while Emila claim that Winston hid the issues. Either way, Kennedy Winston will now head to Lebanon.

The 29- year old is hugely experienced in European Basketball and has played in Italy, Franc, Belgium, Turkey, Greece, and Spain. He has played for huge clubs such as Real Madrid, Virtus Roma, and Panathinaikos, although this will be his first time in the Middle East.
