Karron Johnson added by Kotwica

Karron Johnson (203 cm, Shaw’13) is headed to Europe after signing with Polish TBL club Kotwica Kolobrzeg this 2013-14 season. The 25-year-old Johnson was originally part of the Los Angeles Lakers preseason camp, but was cut by the team and moved on with his signing in Poland.

In his senior year at Shaw, Johnson averaged 17.4 ppg and 8.0 rpg. In 2013 he was a member of the USA U23 National Team and selected to the All-Conference 1st Team. You could see the improvement compared to his 2011-12 numbers where he put up averages of 12.3 ppg and 4.9 rpg.
