Tofas Bursa did not fare too well in Turkey’s TBL in 2014/15. In fact they finished dead last with a 8-22 record. In 2015/16 the club wants to improve on their performance. They are shaking things up this upcoming season with the addition of Kaloyan Ivanov (205 cm). He is a Bulgarian player who has been a member of the Bulgarian national team in 2001, 2005-07, 2009-11, and 2013. He began the 2014/15 season on the roster of MoraBanc Andorra (Spain-Liga Endesa), where he played 18 games and averaged 10.1 ppg and 6.7 rpg. Kaloyan moved to Trabzonspor Basketbol (Turkey-TBL) later into the season. He played seven games for them in the EuroChallenge and averaged 6.1 ppg and 4.6 rpg. In the domestic Turkish league Ivanov posted averages of 9.0 ppg and 4.6 rpg through 18 games.
