K.C. Rivers pens with Bayern Muenchen

K.C. Rivers  (196 cm, Clemson’09) has agreed to terms with German club FC Bayern Muenchen (BBL) this 2015/16 season. He leaves Real Madrid (Spain-Liga Endesa), where he spent the 2014/15 season. Rivers is an American player who also holds a passport from Guinea-Bissau. He spent the season as a reserve on the roster of the Spanish powerhouse, but was still able to contribute given his minutes. He appeared in 29 Euroleague games and averaged 5.2 ppg and 2.2 rpg, helping his club win the championship. K.C. also played 42 games in the domestic Spanish league and there he recorded averages of 5.7 ppg and 1.9 rpg. Real Madrid completed their successful 2014/15 campaign by claiming the Spanish league title as well.
