ESSM Le Portel Cote d’Opale (France-ProB) will be bringing in Justin Safford (204 cm, Missouri’11) as a new addition to their roster this 2014-15. This will be the first time he will be playing in France in his career. The 26-year-old forward played in Hungary’s Division A for the 2013-14 season, suiting up for Zalakeramia-ZTE KK. He logged 32 games for ZTE KK and averaged 17.7 ppg and 5.7 rpg. In 2012-13 Justin spent some time in Spain as he was on the roster of B.C. River Andorra (Spain-LEB Gold). He recorded 34 games for them and was able to post averages of 8.8 ppg and 3.6 rpg, helping the club make the LEB Gold finals in 2013.
