Julian Wright inks with Krasnie Krilya

Russian and VTB United team Krasnie Krilya Samara have added former NBA forward Julian Wright (203 cm, Kansas’07) to their ranks for the 2013-14 season.

In 2012-13 Wright played in Israel for Maccabi Rishon Le-Zion (Winner League). He played in 32 games for Maccabi Rishon and hit averages of 15.7 ppg and 9.1 rpg. Wright proved to be a versatile defender as he also racked up 1.9 spg and 1.3 bpg that season. His versatility on both ends of the court should prove to be an asset for Krasnie Krilya this season.
