Jonte Flowers (196 cm, Winona State’08) has penned a deal to play for CSU Asesoft Ploiesti (Romania, Liga Nationala) this season. The swingman was playing in Finland during the 2012/2013 season with Korisliiga team Kataja. The American saw plenty of action too as he featured in 41 games for the team, putting in averages of 16.8 points, 6.1 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 2.5 steals per game in the league. He finished the season as the fourth best scorer and the best stealer in the competition.

Jonte Flowers was also in fantastic form in the EuroChallenge last season for Kataja where over 13 games he averaged impressively with 18.7 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 3.7 steals per game.
