Jonathan Dubas joins Leuven Bears

Jonathan Dubas (202 cm) is making the move from Switzerland to Belgium as he signs a one-year deal to play for the Stella Artois Leuven Bears (Ethias League). The 22-year-old Swiss-Beligan player spent the last three seasons playing for BBC Monthey (Switzerland-LNA).

In 30 games in the 2012-13 season Dubas averaged 11.5 ppg and 7.3 rpg. In the 2011-12 season he managed averages of 8.0 ppg and 5.7 rpg. In 2012 Monthey was the Swiss LNA Regular Season Runner-Up and also made it to the Swiss League Cup Semifinals.

Dubas was a member of the Swiss U20 National Team in 2010 and 2011.
