Joe Ragland moves to Italy

Joe Ragland (182 cm, Wichita State’12) has inked a deal to play with Lenovo Cantù (Italy, Serie A) from Spanish ACB outfit UCAM Murcia. Ragland will now join up with Cantù until the end of the season the team has officially announced today. The American guard is in his first season in pro Basketball and has played 25 times with UCAM Murcia throughout this season and has logged averages of 1.3ppg and 2.4apg in Spain.

23-year old Joe Ragland played his last season in college with Wichita State through the 2011-2012 season. During the campaign he secured 13.4ppg, 2.9rpg, and 3.3apg from 32 games while he cemented his growing reputation as a lively guard with decent skills when shooting from range.
