Jerome Jordan

Former NBA player Jerome Jordan (213 cm, Tulsa’10) has signed a deal to play for Granarolo Bologna from Italy’s SerieA this 2013-14 season. The Jamaican big man began the 2012-13 season as a member of the New York Knicks, but was then later traded to the Houston Rockets. After a failed trial with the Memphis Grizzlies, he eventually landed a roster spot in the D-League’s Reno Bighorns. Jordan played 23 games for the Bighorns and averaged 12.7 ppg and 8.0 rpg.

In February 2013 he signed with the Los Angeles D-Fenders (D-League) where he managed to play in 18 games and hit averages of 11.6 ppg and 6.9 rpg.  In April 2013 he played a short, six-game stint in the Philippines for the Talk N’ Text Tropang Texters (PBA). In those half a dozen games Jerome posted averages of 16.3 ppg and 10.3 rpg.
