Jermaine Anderson joins Braunschweig

Jermaine Anderson (188 cm, Fordham’06) is coming in to reinforce the backcourt of Basketball Loewen Braunschweig (Germany-BBL) this 2016. Anderson is a 32-year-old Canadian-Jamaican player who was a former member of the Canadian national team in 2004 to 2011 and again in 2013. He recently left Baloncesto Sevilla (Spain-Liga Endesa) in January this year. Jermaine played 15 games for Sevilla this 2015-16 season before his departure. He averaged 3.3 ppg and 1.1 apg in just over 16 minutes per game.

Before signing with Sevilla, Anderson had spent two seasons on the roster of TBB Trier (Germany-BBL). In the 2014-15 season he appeared in 33 games and registered averages of 9.9 ppg and 2.6 apg.
