Jeremy Tyler decides on Zhongyu

Jeremy Tyler (208 cm, Louisville’09) has opted for a move to China to play for CBA franchise Shanxi Zhongyu during this season. At the start of the season the American signed a deal with the New York Knicks before later looking poised to ink with the LA Lakers in the NBA. However, the forward has now decided to make his way to Chinese Basketball. Jeremy Tyler played for the Knicks last season and over forty games he averaged 3.7 points and 2.7 rebounds per game.

The 23-year old has some NBA experience having also taken to the court for Golden State Warriors after being drafted by the Charlotte Bobcats. Tyler has also played in Japan and Europe, where he wore the famous jersey of Maccabi Tel Aviv in Israel.
