J’Covan Brown (188 cm, Texas’12) is a recent addition to the roster of Pinar Karsiyaka SK Izmir (Turkey-BSL) for the upcoming 2016-17 season. He is no stranger to Turkish hoops, having started the 2015-16 season as a member of Turk Telekom Ankara (Turkey-BSL). Brown played five games for them in the FIBA Europe Cup’s maiden competition and he averaged 16.0 ppg and 4.4 apg. He also logged 11 games in the domestic Turkish league and there he managed to register averages of 15.9 ppg and 2.9 apg. In January 2016 J’Covan moved to AEK Athens (Greece-A1). He finished the season there and appeared in a total of 20 games, recording averages of 10.2 ppg and 3.0 apg.
