Jawad Williams (204 cm, North Carolina’05) will continue his professional career in Turkey as he joins Pinar Karsiyaka SK Izmir (Turkey-TBL). Williams was recently released by French Pro A team Paris-Levallois this January after a three-month long suspension. Williams played 11 games in the top French league for Paris and averaged 12.9 ppg and 4.2 rpg. He also managed to appear in nine EuroCup games for them and posted averages of 7.6 ppg and 3l4 rpg.

Karsiyaka currently sits in the fifth position in the Turkish TBL standings with a record of 11-6 and they are bringing in the experienced big man to reinforce their frontcourt.
