Jason Forte stays at Bourg

American swingman Jason Forte (196 cm, South Mississippi’06) is staying on at JL Bourg Basket of the French Pro B. The 29-year old joined Bourg in January on a two month contract which was set to end this week. However, the team has extended the American’s stay until the end of the current season. Forte has played 12 games at Bourg since moving from Argentina in January and in that time he has posted numbers of 11.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 3.3 assists per game.

Jason Forte is a well-travelled operator and has played in Germany, Australia, the Philippines, Romania, Turkey, and Argentina throughout his busy career.
