Jarrius Jackson to Umana Reyer Venezia

Jarrius Jackson (183 cm, Texas Tech’07) has been acquired by Umana Reyer Venezia (Italy-Serie A) this 2014/15 season. Jackson is an American player who also holds an Italian passport. He was originally reported to be headed to JuveCaserta, but it appears that it is indeed Venezia that has landed the talented guard. Jackson is coming from Givova Napoli Basket from Italy’s A2 Gold league, where he began the season. He displayed some promise during his time in the lower league with averages of 18.9 ppg and 3.1 apg.

In 2013/14 Jarrius played for Vanoli Cremona (Italy-Serie A) and in 30 games produced averages of 16.9 ppg and 1.6 apg.
