James White to Mauricio Baez

James White (204 cm, F) is on the move to the Dominican Republic. There he will join Metropolitanos Mauricio Baez and coach Melvyn Lopez for the summer. Mauricio Baez is fourth in the TBS standings with a 4-2 record.

White played this season in the TBL in Turkey. There he played 19 games for Istanbul basket in the Turkish second division. White averaged 17.6 ppg and 9 rpg in nearly 32 minutes per contest.

Last season he played for Beroe in the Bulgarian league as well as the Balkan League.

James White played college basketball at the University of Arkansas Little Rock, where he averaged 12 ppg and 6.5 rebounds his senior year.
