Jamar Diggs signs with Riga

American guard Jamar Diggs (187 cm, Wofford’11) has penned a deal with Latvian team BK Barons Kvartals Riga (LBL) until the end of the season. The 25-year old is in his second season of pro Basketball having graduated from Wofford University in 2011. Diggs played the 2011-2012 season with Finke Baskets Paderborn in the German Pro A and averaged 12.2ppg, 3.3rpg, and 3-8apg over 32 games.

Jamar Diggs joins Kvartals Riga after spending the first half of this campaign with Omonia Nicosia (Cyprus, Division A). During his 15 games with Nicosia Diggs recorded 14.8ppg, 7.1rpg, and 4.9apg while spending an average of 37.7 minutes on the court.
