Jamal Shuler (191 cm, Viginia Commonwealth’08) is a newcomer at Khimik-OPZ Yuzny from Ukraine’s Superleague for the 2013-14 season. The 27-year-old Jamal is coming off a two-season stint in France for SLUC Nancy Basket Pro (France-ProA).

In 2012-13 Shuler played 14 games in the French ProA for Nancy and averaged 11.4 ppg and 2.1 apg. In 2011-12 he played 10 games for Nancy in the Euroleague and averaged 11.2 ppg and 2.0 apg. In 33 games in the French ProA he hit averages of 14.2 ppg and 2.4 apg. In 2012 he helped his team reach the French La Semaine des AS Cup semifinals.
