JaJuan Johnson inks with Darussafaka

JaJuan Johnson (208 cm, Purdue’11) is a newcomer to Turkish club Darussafaka Dogus Itanbul (TBL) and will suit up for the team during the coming 2018 season. The American played the 2016/2017 campaign on the roster at Cantu in the Italian top flight. Over thirty games, JaJuan Johnson delivered averages of 19.0 points and 7.3 rebounds per game. He finished as the fourth best scorer in Serie A.

Johnson is a well-travelled power forward who has previously played in China and Russia. He also has NBA experience having played 36 games for the Boston Celtics during the 2011/2012, before he switched to the Houston Rockets.
