Isaiah Swann to play for NY Phantoms

Isaiah Swann (188 cm, Florida State’08) will be reinforcing the backcourt of the New Yorker Phantoms Braunschweig from Germany’s BBL this coming 2013-14 season. He was last under contract with the Huracanes de Atlantico from the Dominican Republic’s LNB this 2013.

In 2012-13 he played in Turkey’s TBL for Royal Hali Gaziantep Buyuksehir Belediye. He logged 24 games for them and averaged 13.6 ppg and 3.1 apg.

This will be a comeback season for Swann to the German Bundesliga. In 2011-12 he played for Ratiopharm Ulm, 40 games for them and hit averages of 15.8 ppg and 2.8 apg. His performance that season earned him a roster spot on the German Bundesliga All-Star Game in 2012.
