Imad Qahwash joins Jindrichuv Hradec

Czech Republic team BK Lions Jindrichuv Hradec have added Imad Qahwash (188 cm, Central Arkansas’11) for the 2013-14 season. The 26-year-old Imad is a Jordanian-born Canadian player who has represented Jordan as a member of Jordanian National Team from 2007 to 2011.

Qahwash spent the 2012-13 season playing in China’s CBA where he suited up for the Jiansu Nangang Dragons Nanjing. He played in 21 games and averaged 7.0 ppg and 4.7 apg.

In 2011-12 he was with Spartak Vidnoye Moscow Oblast, but did not continue with the team beyond the preseason.
