Ike Udanoh (203 cm, F/C) has left Allianz Pallacanestro Trieste. He has signed in the French Pro A with SIG Strasbourg. Udanoh, apparently unhappy with his role, averaged 7.2 ppg and 4.4 rebounds in six SerieA contests.
He joins a Strasbourg team led by Finnish coach Lassi Tuovi. They are 8th in the ProA standings with a 4-4 record. Strasbourg also plays Fiba Champions League, where they are atop of Group E with a 3-1 record.
Ike Udanoh, 31 years old, played Division II college basketball for Wayne State, where he averaged 15.5 ppg and 9.5 rebounds in 11/12, his senior year. Udanoh is both American and Nigerian and has yet to play for the Nigerian national team.
