Hrvoje Kovacevic signs with MBC

Hrvoje Kovacevic (190 cm) has left his native Croatia and will play in the German BBL next season with Mitteldeutscher BC Weissenfels. The guard joins MBC from KK Cibona Zagreb (Croatia A1) where he has played the last two seasons. During the 2012/2013 campaign Kovacevic played 18 league games and averaged 5.4 points and 2.2 rebounds per game. The 27-year old was also in action in the Adriatic League where he featured in 21 contests and averaged 3.1ppg and 1.2rpg.

The move to MBC will be the first time that Hrvoje Kovacevic has played outside Croatia since the 2005/2006 season when he played in Spain and Turkey.
