Coach Giampiero Ticci fired by Pesaro

Giampiero Ticci has been relieved of his coaching duties by Victoria Libertas Pesaro (SerieA), according to the club’s website. In a statement the team’s management stated that the company expresses deep gratitude for the professional work Giampiero Ticci performed in recent months at the helm of the team and that they wish him well in the future. Assistant coach Umberto Badioli has been named interim head coach.
