Gerald Lee leaves Buducnost

Gerald Lee (208 cm, ODU’10) has parted ways with KK Buducnost Voli Podgorcia (Montenegro, 1A, Adriatic League) after one season with the club. The Finnish-American center has encountered plenty of action during the season as Buducnost participated in the Montenegrin league, the Adriatic League and the Eurocup. In 26 Adriatic League games the 25-year old posted averages of 10.2ppg and 4.3rpg, while in the Eurocup he played 14 games and logged numbers of 8.8ppg and 3.4rpg.

Since leaving ODU in 2010 Gerald Lee has played two seasons in Italy for Lega2 teams Prima Veroli and Cucine Udine. Despite a good season Buducnost decided to offer an agreement for Lee to depart the club mid-way through his two year contract.
