George Odufuwa joins Peja

George Odufuwa (203 cm, North Texas’11) has agreed a deal with KB Peja (Kosovo, Superleague) that will see him play for the team this season. The Nigerian (who also holds a US passport) was playing for Frisco Texas Legends in the development league (USA) last season. Over 42 games with the franchise the forward secured averages of 3.9 points and 4.7 rebounds from the bench.

During the 2011/2012 season George Odufuwa played for BBC Monthey in the Swiss LNA where he featured in four games and averaged 7.0 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. The player graduated from North Texas in 2011 and has also played in the Ukraine.
