Garlon Green moves on to Belfius Mons-Hainaut

Garlon Green (201 cm, TCU ’13) signs a deal to play with Belfius Mons-Hainaut (Belgium-Euromillions). The American swingman is coming off a two-year stint with the Walter Tigers Tuebingen (Germany-BBL). Green meshed with his team quickly in Germany. His first season finished with averages of 13.4 ppg, 3.4 rpg, and 1.3apg. He played in 34 games for the Walter Tigers and made the league All-Star team. Green played with the Tigers this season but did not play as well.  In 13 games, he scored 9.2ppg with 2.9rpg and 1.2apg. This will be his fourth season playing professionally, and his first in Belgium. Green played in Japan with the Kumamoto Vorters (Japan-B League) and in Australia with the Canberra Gunners (Australia-State League) from 2013-2015. Before playing overseas, Green spent 25 games suiting up for the Texas Legends (D-League).
