Filip Videnov

Bulgarian player Filip Videnov (196 cm, Western Kentucky’03) has joined Russian club Krasnie Krilya Samara for the 2013-14 season. Videnov was originally slated to play for Spanish team Laboral Kutxa Vitoria, but began the season playing in his home Bulgaria for Lukoil Academic Sofia. He managed to play in nine games for them in the Eurocup and averaged 6.7 ppg and 2.9 rpg. Filip also played in eight games in the Bulgarian NBL where he posted averages of 5.5 ppg and 2.0 rpg.

In January 2013 he signed with Turkish TBL club Olin Edirne Basketball and played some 15 games for them. He managed averages of 15.7 ppg and 3.7 rpg during his stint.
