Evan Bruinsma signs with Svitavy

Evan Bruinsma (203 cm, Detroit University’14) has signed a contract with Turi Svitavy from the Czech Republic until the end of the current 2015/2016 season. The 203 cm combo forward came out of Detroit University in 2014 averaging 12,5 ppg and 7,7 rpg.  After that, he played in Malta for Virtus (33,4 ppg) for a short stint before joining Amical Steinsel (21,0 ppg & 11,2 rpg) in Luxemburg unitl the end of the 2014/2015 season.  At Turi Svitavy (8-11 record currently) he is expected to play both forward spots to help them to achieve their goal: making it to the play-offs at the end of the season.
