Darussafaka Dogus Istanbul vs. Olympiacos, 71-77

Olympiacos got back on track after a loss last week with a solid road win over high-flying Darussafaka. The Greek team now moves to 6-4, while Darussafaka falls to 5-5. Olympiacos was in charge early on and managed to head into the long break with a 34-43 advantage. The Turkish hosts claimed the third act 17-14 to make it interesting through thirty minutes. However, the guests held on with a 20-20 fourth to secure the win.

Matt Lojeski and Georgios Printezis secured 15 points apiece in the win, while Vassilis Spanoulis was good for 13 points.

Will Clyburn topped the losing effort with a game high 21 points.

Crvena Zvezda Belgrade vs. Zalgiris Kaunas, 79-88

Zalgiris is slowly building its Euroleague campaign as the Lithuanian champs secured a second straight win to move to 4-6 in the standings. That is the same record as Crvena Zvezda as the Belgrade giant continued its inconsistent form. The game was locked at 66-66 through three quarters on the hardwood, but Zalgiris drained 22 points to 13 in the fourth quarter to secure the game.

Antanas Kavaliauskas led the winning charge with 20 points, followed by Arturas Milaknis with 19 points.

Milka Bjelica led Crvena Zvezda with 19 points, while Nemanja Dangubic and Marko Simonovic claimed 16 points each in the loss.

FC Barcelona Lassa vs. Panathinaikos Athens, 72-57

Barcelona recovered from two consecutive losses by overcoming a tricky encounter against Panathinaikos. The two former Euroleague champions fought close through the first half, with the hosts claiming a 36-31 lead. The third quarter made the difference with Barcelona taking a 21-9 frame to make it a cruise through the fourth. Both teams are now on 5-5 in a growing group of clubs in mid table.

Ante Tomic secured 16 points in the win, with Aleksandar Vezenkov added 12 points.

Nick Calathes and James Feledeine added 13 points for Panathinaikos.

Baskonia Vitoria vs. Galatasaray Istanbul, 69-62

Baskonia Vitoria took out Galatasaray Istanbul at home to move to 6-4 in the standings, while the Turkish club fell to 3-7 near the bottom of the table. A 22-9 first quarter gave the hosts a fantastic base to build the victory. Baskonia managed to maintain its lead through the end of each frame from there, but Galatasaray kept it tight to the final seconds.
