Errick McCollum signs with Panionios

American point guard Errick McCollum (185 cm, Goshen’10) has signed with Panionios (Greece, A1) after impressing this season with AS Apollon Patras also of the Greek A1. Panionios finished the season 3rd in the standings behind Greek giants Panathinaikos and Olympiacos. 25-year old McCollum will join the team for the 2013/2014 season after finishing the campaign with 8th placed Apollon Patras.

During his 27 games for Apollon Patras this season, Errick McCollum averaged 15.5ppg, 2.8rpg and 2.5apg. Last season the player was in the Israeli National League with Kohav Yair where he played 23 games and finished at the top of the league’s scoring averages with 24.3 points per game.
